Accepting new clients.....I would like to welcome you to Lets Talk, a clinic for those 13 and older. I partner with people struggling to lose weight, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse / addiction and life skills, including communication and bullying. As a former Athletic Trainer, I have been trained on the aspects of caring for our bodies and their needs. I'd love to journey with you on the road to your wellness. I have a faith based perspective and lifestyle but I meet every individual where they are and we face the adversity together. You are not alone. You will learn skills for living life to the fullest!
