Life can get overwhelming sometimes, and we may need someone to listen and help us work through those challenges. I Identify as a Latina female bilingual therapist (English/Spanish). I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults of diverse cultural backgrounds. I believe in providing a safe, secure, and calming space. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including a strengths-based approach, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, exposure therapy (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotional freedom Technique (EFT), solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral (CBT).
