I have always had a passion for helping others. In my practice I help my clients to achieve the proper tools and acquire the proper resources to overcome their challenges. Typically, a client needs to be reminded of their own strengths, wisdom, and to realize their own healing power. My motto is "Helping to build your Tree of Life." A person has roots and the behaviors branch out to support our decisions and actions. By building a firm and sturdy root system a person can support their branches and their buds will bloom into beautiful fruit and flowers. My specialty is in helping individuals and couples, in relationship conflict, postpartum major depression, sexuality, intimacy issues, sex therapy, parenting, and compulsive behaviors. It is very rewarding for me to help clients achieve an understanding of the reasoning behind their behavior and help them to change the behavior.
