I am passionate about helping people improve the health of their relationships and be more authentically aligned with themselves. Understanding how trauma, attachment history, and systemic oppression impacts our health helps alleviate shame, increases our understanding, and heal from the inside out. I will pace with you to identify your patterns, sitting with you in the loud silences or messy emotions. I am currently pursuing completion of my Masters degree. Previously, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy at Augsburg University, practicing in hospice settings with interests in using music for ketamine therapy.
