I work with individuals and couples seeking support for many reasons and have had the privilege of working with children and families in the field of education for 15 years. During my career as an educator, I realized my passion to come alongside people facing difficulties that life can bring. In addition to being trained in EMDR, Gottman Level One, ACT, and DBT, I am also an ACBRT-Candidate specializing in couple's betrayal trauma work where I focus on providing a safe space to process pain, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection for couples healing from betrayal like infidelity or broken trust.
