Teresa works with capable, empathetic women who are outwardly responsible and high-functioning, yet internally feel stressed, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to support themselves without overextending for others. Many of the women she works with are emotionally aware and dependable, but experience anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, grief, or a loss of clarity during life transitions.
