I work with adults in an individual setting. The focus of session is to allow my client the space to dive into their true thoughts, concerns, and desires. Clients who are looking to be authentic and confident in who they want to be are encouraged to explore how to develop deeper relationships with themselves, others and finetune their future goals. Clients will build adaptive coping skills and develop an increased sense of self-worth.
