Through a warm, empathetic, and collaborative approach, I use a combination of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic counseling. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can express your thoughts and emotions freely. My goal is to empower you to build resilience.
