This information is derived from how we interpret our life experiences, forming a narrative that defines who we are. When this narrative becomes unhelpful or fails to bring us comfort, it can lead to a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, or addiction. My aim is to offer clients a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where we can examine how past experiences may be hindering your ability to enjoy life fully. Together, we can identify effective coping strategies, explore new options, and set meaningful goals. As a licensed professional counselor and addictions counselor with national certification, I have extensive training in EMDR, Addiction Counseling, CBT, and DBT. My years of lived experience complement my professional skills, enriching the support I provide.
