I am a licensed clinical social worker, who currently is only taking on clients virtually. Throughout the pandemic I have had amazing successes with virtual therapy and the flexibility that it provides to my clients. To change is to better one self, to allow yourself to be vulnerable takes strength and determination, and to know that all things are possible is empowering. I specialize in marriage and family therapy, mood/anger management, veteran mental health, trauma, self esteem, and overall anxiety/depression disorders.
