Welcome—I’m Teri, a licensed psychotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma and reclaim their sense of self. With years of experience in trauma-focused therapy and a specialty in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I support clients through some of their most difficult experiences with compassion and evidence-based care. In addition to trauma work, I help individuals strengthen communication skills and build self-esteem—essential tools for navigating relationships, setting boundaries, and fostering a more empowered life.
