Over 32 years working of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families surrounding issues of depression,anxiety,PTSD behavioral problems, substance abuse, ADHD,OCD, life coaching. My goal is to provide each person that comes in for therapy tools and feedback that they are able to use immediately to decrease symptoms, increase overall awareness of patterns of behavior and increase insight of past and current ways of being that may not be working for them currently. I am certified in both Behavioral Medicine and Chemical Dependency.
