Hello! My name is Teri Rubanowitz and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the San Fernando Valley, California. I am working with clients via Telehealth. I work with Individuals of all ages and couples specializing in anxiety, stress, and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as modalities to help me and my client navigate transition periods. I work with my clients to build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life!
