Terika is an Outpatient Therapist at ilearn wellness group. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), with a strong foundation in psychotherapy and group therapy. Terika specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and families. She holds a Bachelor’s in Brain and Cognitive Science and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Rochester, and she continued her education by earning a Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling. Through her education and professional experience, Terika has developed a diverse set of therapeutic skills that support her work.
