I support clients to help discover their natural strengths and gifts in order to develop better coping skills, overcome challenges and traumas, and promote healing, self-confidence, and enthusiasm in their relationships, work, and life choices. My scheduling priority is for current and former clients with minimal availability for new clients. I provide my services on-line via Zoom or telephone and in-person depending on health circumstances. I offer workshops and presentations, primarily via Zoom, on adoption, gender and sexual orientation, compassion fatigue, journaling to heal, and practical spirituality.
