I practice Emotion Focus Couples Therapy (EFT). It is an Evidence Based Practice therapy with a 76% success rate with couples who complete their treatment plan. I collaborate with distressed couples and (individuals) whose relationships are "stuck" or are affected by the echoes of trauma. EFT focuses on how, couples experience their relationship and how they link together their emotional experience and express those emotions together as a couple. Emotions are the experience-the dance between adult lovers.
