I am a licensed professional counselor with a profound belief that therapy should be a joint venture between the client/clients and therapist by using various forms of knowledge and skills to effectively collaborate and find ways to improve troublesome behaviors, beliefs, thoughts, relationships and inadequate social skills. I found my passion of wanting to help others during their therapeutic process as I was navigating through life and realizing there is a strong need for individuals dealing with different forms of mental health issues to have a safe space that provides empathy, compassion, transparency and support.
