Accepting New Clients: I understand how difficult it is when choosing a therapist; so I try to provide the most safe environment possible. My strengths are teaching people to use tools necessary to be more effective in their lives, relationships and find piece of mind. I believe safety and having a non-judgmental stance are among the most important aspects of the therapeutic environment. Even though it may be difficult to initiate the process of therapy, having someone assist you in making sense of internal confusion can result in insight and clarity that is often very difficult to achieve alone.
