Hi, I specialize in client centered therapy. This means we use whatever type of therapy that works best for you. This also means that I am familiar with a variety of types therapeutic techniques. My clients have included people with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD as well as those going through life changes and transitions. After attaining my masters degree at California State University , Northridge, I have worked in Los Angeles, Kansas and Missouri as a mental health therapist. I have been licensed as a therapist for over 30 years. I have learned a lot and I have met many wonderful people along the way.
