​I'm currently accepting new clients (in SC, WA and CO) and offer a free video Q&A, usually w/in 48 hrs. Prior to counseling, clients reported feeling anxious, burned out, relationship stress, angry, depressed, guilty/ashamed, lonely, overwhelmed, imposter syndrome, midlife crisis; they used people-pleasing, perfectionism + unhealthy coping (work, tech, infidelity/porn), have intimacy/trust/boundary concerns, kept lifelong secrets or survived a traumatic upbringing. We will proactively and consistently engage your priorities, expectations, needs, values, beliefs, doubts, desires, regrets and fears, starting w/ therapy itself. I offer 20+ years specializing in serving adults 25+, couples, professionals & groups toward integrative health (life/work balance: personal, relational, emotional, mental & vocational well-being). ​​We will navigate complicated, uncomfortable and sometimes unexpected change, focus on and improve your quality of life, while pursuing integrity & authenticity.
