I believe in searching for the resilience in each person. Beginning therapy can feel like entering unknown territory. I have a warm, interactive practice that includes the following: problematic life changes, depression, adoption issues (both child and adult), work issues, social competence, relationship issues, recovery issues, trauma, anxiety and aging issues. I have a special feeling for those who are dealing with anxiety, and use meditation frequently. I am also able to assist with creative blocks regarding writing and other arts.
