I have been working in counseling positions since 2008, and I enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals and families from various backgrounds using mindfulness-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Reality therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy CBT, and Trauma Focused-CBT to promote personal growth, hope, healing, and rediscovery/closure as needed. I utilize a range of interventions and therapeutic techniques based on the clients' needs and presenting problems. I believe in the integrating of mind-body-spirit connection so clients can heal from emotional trauma.
