I have 15+ years of experience helping clients identify goals and find paths to achieving them. I use various treatment techniques to help clients accentuate coping skills in order to manage stressful situations and to stabilize their mood. Helping clients to see their strengths and build new ones which allows clients to move forward. Using a mix of Solution Focused, CBT, ACT, Supportive and Insight Oriented treatment, I can help a variety of clients. I work with adults of all ages.
