Everyone wants to feel seen and understood — that’s the heart of my work. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported as you navigate life's challenges. I’m certified in Circle of Security Parenting, EMDR, and TF-CBT, and I use a mix of evidence-based approaches, humor, and genuine conversation to help you feel seen and supported. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and occasionally lighthearted — because healing is serious, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
