Currently, accepting new clients in-person and telehealth. At times, it is forgotten that obstacles can also be seen as a time of growth and hope. Hope, what a beautiful word. I am Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Professional Art Therapist. I have worked in community mental health and private practice settings for a number of years assisting individuals, couples, and families. Assist in providing psycho education, structure, improving a sense of well being and self acceptance. Therapy is able to be fun and productive to assist with growth and movement. I utilize these techniques to assist individuals in learning how to confront life stressors, gaining new perspectives, increase emotional regulation, interpersonal and distress tolerance skills. Most importantly, learning how love, and honor yourself in all areas.
