I believe strongly in clients’ self-determination; I’ll partner with you to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, ADHD, or disordered eating, a client-focused approach allows my clients to take a primary role in their therapeutic process. I believe a supportive and non-judgemental environment is essential to therapeutic success. I take a family systems approach to therapy which can include adolescents, adults, and couples. In my work with couples and families, I integrate the Gottman Method: a research-based approach designed to strengthen relationships.
