Going to school, work, or social events can be terrifying for some. Feelings of anxiety become paralyzing even before we arrive. Whether it's trying to manage stress with school or work demands, navigate feelings around change or loss, or handle social situations like entering conversations or dealing with rejection or bullying, it can be exhausting. We get stuck in habits that can keep us from living productive lives and forming healthy relationships and we may isolate, turn inward, and experience mood shifts.
