I strongly believe that therapy is for everyone. Integratively, we can benefit both mentally and physiologically from incorporating therapy in our routines. We all experience challenges and hardships related to stress, unhealthy communication, and outside influences on our worldview. I aim to provide my clients with opportunities to adjust their interpretations of life's challenges and hardships. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I have worked in the school system, university and private practice setting for a combined total of 10 years. Strive Wellness & Consulting is a mental health private practice, aimed to serve children, adolescents, adults and couples. We provide therapy for depression, anxiety, communication issues, academic challenges, career exploration, gender identity challenges, grief and just the daily struggles life throws our way.
