I have worked in the mental health field for more than 5 years, and in that time, I've had the opportunity to work with individuals ranging in age from 4 to 25+ years old. Specifically, I have experience working with children and young adults on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals of all ages for individual counseling. My passion lies in working with children, young adults, and couples, including marriage counseling. I’ve helped clients work on a wide range of goals, such as improving communication skills, interpersonal skills, managing depression and anxiety, coping with grief, boosting motivation, to name just a few.
