I began my career as an ordained Lutheran pastor specializing in Youth and Family Ministry, gaining extensive experience counseling individuals through life events like marriage, grief, and navigating adolescence. My desire to continue in a helping role led me to pursue formal mental health education, becoming licensed. I’ve worked in various settings, from community mental health to private group practices, gaining broad experience with diverse client needs and presenting concerns.
