Struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma ("big T or little t"), and difficult relationships, can be both wearing and demoralizing. I try to help people understand at an emotional level, not just an intellectual one. I have been called compassionate, warm and down-to-earth. I use mind-body, psychodynamic, somatic, cognitive, as well as practical approaches to a problem. I try to help a person grasp an issue or resolution in a way that resonates with them.
