As the founder and owner of the Group Practice, the Canvas of Life Counseling, LLC, I’m honored to walk alongside individuals in their healing journeys. Our providers offer humanistic, non-pathologizing, and honors each person’s unique experiences and resilience. Our integrative services address the whole person- mind, body, heart, and soul, blending traditional and holistic therapies. We each create a safe, empowering space for clients to reconnect with their innate capacity for healing. Together, pain transforms into purpose and honors the story that has shaped you, while embracing what’s yet to come.
