We treat a range of clientele. Our pediatric clinicians are passionate about providing warm, effective and creative treatment for children and adolescents, helping them with challenges associated with anxiety, self esteem, anger, social skills, and identify development. We also work with adult individuals and couples looking to improve relationships, develop healthy boundaries and process one time or complex trauma. Our ideal client is interested in examining how their own histories might be impacting their current behaviors, while learning practical tools and strategies to help themselves in their present life. View 4 Photos While our center is devoted to helping clients develop coping skills to improve daily life, we are also particularly interested in helping clients process how challenging or confusing early relationships, be it with a parent, partner or sibling, have impacted clients today. We are passionate about providing psycho-education to clients about how their brain and bodies might have been impacted, and why they might be stuck in certain addictive behaviors or tricky relationships. We work hard with our clients to create a safe and warm environment, where clients can really make change and begin to get unstuck.
