I am a native New Yorker with over 23 yrs experience in health & human services, working with people from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and age groups. Deciding what to do about: a troubled child, aging/ailing loved one, workplace challenges, relationship issues, or personal struggles can be draining, complicated, and discouraging. My emergency room/crisis work history has given me special skills to help with sudden life changes as well as long-standing problems. One thing is sure, a healthy mindset is the foundation for strong relationships and successful living. I am eager to help you get to your best self!
