I have been a therapist for 31 years, providing treatment in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient psychiatric treatment facilities. I have also worked in the Ocean Springs School District with both students and staff. My practice, The Grounding Center, has been open since 2008 in downtown Ocean Springs. I have a compassionate approach to helping people identify goals and reach those goals in order to meet their full potential. The primary focus of treatment is to address the problems you face in an effective and efficient manner; minimizing the time spent stuck in painful episodes.
