The Rejuvenation Space was established with the intention to provide and assist adolescents (ages 13 to 18) and young adults (ages 19-45) with MAKING THE SPACE TO EXPLORE, REVIVE, AND RESET as they come across life challenges that create uncertainty and change e.g., identity, social expectations, self -acceptance, independence, relationships, sexuality, success, failure, time management, family conflict. Adolescence marks the beginning of trying to figure out who you are and your place in the world! As a result, you may formulate perspectives that may be confusing and will leave an imprint on how you approach young adulthood. I believe in PURPOSEFUL LIVING. it is difficult to live with intention without having the understanding of self. The focus is on inward work. I am heavily invested in the person-centered approach with an integration of evidenced-based treatments tailored for your individual needs that will assist with your transition into a rejuvenating space.
