Welcome! I am client-centered in training, so therapy is about you and your goals, not mine. I strive to be honest, to “hold up a mirror" to help people get clearer on who they are and what they truly value. I have found that most benefit specifically from this pairing of therapeutic challenge and unwavering empathy. My passion is working with people who process differently, might identify as neurodivergent. This includes medical terms like ADHD, ASD, personality disorders, substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma, self-injury, bipolar disorders, and OCD. You are not broken and do not need to be fixed; only found and supported. I openly identify as neurodivergent and as a person in recovery. Thus, I share my experiences in sessions when beneficial to you. Treatment can include family therapy, regular communication with outside providers, and locating care at intensive treatment centers. This is a systemic change model aimed toward finding self, freedom and post-traumatic growth.
