My clients can expect to find a space where they can begin to experience relief from the wave of anxiety, the weight of depression, the burden of grief, the shame of trauma, and the overwhelming stress of life's challenges. We will build a foundation of trust within our client-counselor relationship so you feel the freedom to release and not be judged. The end goal is to help guide you towards the strength and the knowledge to recognize, reduce, and/or relieve symptoms through therapeutic techniques, resources, and tools in an effort to acquire inner peace, restore relationships, and obtain healthier ways of living.
