I aim to provide exceptional psychotherapy services and reach individuals in a unique way. Many times, it can be difficult to put into words what is bothering us or find the root cause of our difficult feelings. Art making in sessions is used as a vessel, and not always necessary during sessions. When words fail us, we can explore art together to see what comes up for you. I am now offering yoga and art therapy sessions to offer a full embodied experience, opening with yoga asana, meditation, art creation and finally process your experience together.
