I help women and gender diverse folks negatively affected by trauma, grief, anxiety, and more. The people I work with struggle to figure out who they are and who they want to be. They find relationships and major life transitions hard to navigate, and are looking for empathy and collaboration in understanding themselves. I build genuine relationships with my clients to support you in sorting through how your past connects to the present. We will explore through a feminist and social-justice lens to see what is getting in your way. We will also explore the connection between mental health and the body for better self awareness.
