I help clients work gently with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, and even the most overwhelming or hostile parts of themselves, creating space for healing and meaningful change. I also help clients navigate the stormy sea of relationship struggles and trauma. I’ve helped many clients navigate intense emotions, difficult life transitions, and the lasting impact of trauma. In our work together, I bring both clinical experience and a calm, grounded presence. I’m an EMDR Approved Consultant with specialized training in trauma treatment. My work combines EMDR, ACT, IFT and other approaches to help clients move from pain and paralysis toward a more grounded and connected life. Clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and at ease in sessions.
