My name is Theo Meyer and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), seeing clients across the state of New Hampshire Via Telehealth. I view the therapeutic process as similar to climbing a mountain, where sometimes it helps to have a guide to make the journey feel less overwhelming. When I am not in session, I enjoying cooking for friends and family, going on long hikes and walking my Yellow Lab, Goldie.
