I provide individual therapy, both in-person and through telehealth addressing a wide array of areas including but not limited to: Anger Management, Anxiety, Assertiveness, Behavioral/Process Addictions, Boundaries, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Grief/Loss, Relationships, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, and Substance Use/Abuse. I take pride in working with my clients and focusing on their individual strengths. My practice is rooted in an eclectic approach, aimed at fostering therapeutic relationships, in turn helping my clients to achieve their goals. I believe in embracing the person as a whole, not just the presenting problem.
