Do you find yourself struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, fear, anger, or insecurity? I aspire to bring joy and peace back to the wonderful people I get to work with on a daily basis. I loved working in the school setting as an elementary school teacher as well as a K-12 guidance counselor, and now bring this experience to my private practice. I especially enjoy working with teens and adults. I am also one of the only trained and certified hypnotherapists in the area. Counseling with me will not be scary. I incorporate creative outlets and homework assignments to facilitate progress in the counseling process and help you feel more engaged in treatment. I have techniques that are specifically designed to work with children that many counselors do not utilize.
