Hi! I’m Dagmar Mirabal, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with 14 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I have experience in providing treatment for clients dealing with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, trauma and abuse, as well as issues related to motivation, self esteem and confidence. My career spans both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from diverse backgrounds on their journey toward healing and growth. I employ a holistic and trauma-informed approach. Using a collaborative approach, I help my clients to address and acknowledge negative patterns, engage in better decision-making, build stronger relationships, and create attainable goals. Additionally, I utilize both cognitive behavioral and integrative psychotherapeutic approach emphasizing the exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
