I provide therapy services for adults and couples, with a focus on neurodivergent-affirming care for people with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. I work with a wide range of clients, but I am especially equipped to support people navigating relationships, facing big relationship challenges, and working through anxiety, depression, and the harder parts of life. I am AuDHD and non-binary myself, and my work closely addresses relationship complexity, including alternative relationship structures, coping with affairs, navigating polyamory and monogamy, exploring kink in an affirming way, managing intimacy concerns, and building vibrant lives!
