I am Kensley May, I believe healing begins when individuals are supported in approaching emotions, experiences, and patterns that were once avoided for the purpose of self-protection. Therapy is viewed as a collaborative, paced process where emotional safety, insight, and regulation are prioritized. The therapeutic goal is not perfection, but stability, insight, and meaningful progress—supporting clients as they learn to sit with difficult experiences and move toward sustainable psychological wellness at a clinically appropriate pace. At Therapy with Kens, LLC, evidence-based psychotherapy is provided to adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma-related concerns, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and chronic stress.
