We all have a Purpose and a story to tell…. I hold strongly that every person has a purpose and a story to tell. Even through lives experiences you still have purpose. There is a reason why you’re here today. Your experiences in life are unique to you and can be tell some devastating things such as grief and loss, trauma, conflicts etc which has developed into depression, anxiety, low-esteem, amongst other things. Your story, thus far, is what brought you to Therapy with Purpose. As a therapist, I embrace a warm, transparent and interactive style of therapy with the intent to support you tell your story using an eclectic therapeutic approach with modalities such as CBT, DBT, Trauma Informed, Strength based, Solution Focused and grief and loss. It’s within your story, you can discover your purpose and achieve self fulfillment.
