My name is Theresa and I'm a board-certified Psychotherapist. I attended Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing psychotherapy for 20 years. I have experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. I offer a unique therapeutic approach which combines cutting edge evidenced based protocols with advanced and very effective holistic healing practices. Mind, body and spirit have a healing approach. I have found that, when combined, these two approaches strengthen & deepen the healing process, allowing for a more full and transformational experience. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
