Welcome. I have 35 years of experience working with individuals and couples to work through present challenges and past difficult experiences, so that you are able to live life more fully in the here and now, unencumbered by old beliefs and habit patterns. I teach how to settle into the body to resolve tensions/blocks/suppressed emotions. And perhaps find a deeper happiness and contentment in life. As the Dalai Lama says, “Happiness is the highest form of health.” For couples, my goal is to support personal responsibility and accountability, and to foster deep understanding of, and empathy for, yourself and your partner.
